Worldwide. Delivery is free and tracked on every order.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders in 1 to 2 working days. In the UK, most orders arrive within 7 to 10 days of ordering (allow up to 12 working days at busy times). Everywhere else, most orders arrive within 7 to 20 days, depending on your country.
Will I pay customs fees?
UK prices include everything, with no extra charges on delivery. Outside the UK, your country may charge local import taxes or duties, depending on its rules.
What if I don't love him?
You're covered by our 30-day guarantee. Email hello@nookandknight.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send him back. Arrived damaged? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
