Refund policy

30-Day Guarantee: if you're not happy with your Nook & Knight order for any reason, email hello@nookandknight.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.

Faulty or damaged? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Your legal rights: you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval.
